Ric Lipson BSc MArch DipArch ARB 

Ric, a Partner and registered architect at STUFISH since 2006. His passion for theatre and live events started young, leading him to study architecture at the Bartlett, UCL, where he honed his ability to merge creative design with technical vision.

Over the years, Ric has become a master at designing, creatively directing and producing world-class live shows. From global tours to unforgettable one-off spectacles, he brings a deep understanding of the unique demands and opportunities of live performance. His experience spans every aspect of production, allowing him to create and collaborate on immersive experiences that connect performers and audiences on a powerful level.

Over the years at STUFISH, Ric has led and contributed to a plethora of shows, from global tours to one-off spectacles. 

Key projects include: Madonna’s Tours (2012-24), Queen + Adam Lambert Tours (2014-24), U2’s Tours and Las Vegas Sphere (2015-2024), Beyoncé at Coachella (2018), Beyoncé and Jay-Z ‘OTRII Tour’ (2018) and Beyoncé ‘Renaissance Tour’ (2023), Michael Bublé’s Tours (2013-23), ‘We Will Rock You’ global productions (2012-23), ‘Monty Python Live – One Down Five To Go’ (2014), MTV ‘Video Music Awards’ (2017), , Mumford & Sons ‘Delta Tour’ (2018), The British Fashion Awards (2017-24), Global Citizen Festival (2018-24), Stormzy’s ‘Heavy is the Head Tour’ (2022), Adele at ‘The Brits’, ‘BST Hyde Park’ and ‘Weekends with Adele’ in Las Vegas (2022-24), HM The Queen’s ‘Platinum Jubilee Concert’ (2022), HM The King’s ‘Coronation Concert’ (2023), FEID ‘Ferxxocalipsis’ Tour (2024), Lana Del Rey’s Coachella and Festival Tour (2024), Take That, ‘This Life’ Tour (2024), Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella and ‘Short ‘n’ Sweet Tour (2024) and Andrea Bocelli ‘The Celebration’ in Tuscany (2024). 

Ric's design philosophy centers around holistically crafting memorable moments, ensuring every show, whether intimate or grand, is an unforgettable experience. From initial design meetings to the first performance, his approach to designing for entertainment is focused on the relationship of the performer to the audience, their experience and their memories.
